Drinks at Florin 🍻
What will we do?
Want to meet new people in Utrecht? On November 18, we're getting together for drinks at Florin! And for the first time, we're hosting a VONC event entirely in English! At our regular VONC events, most people speak Dutch, which can make it a bit harder to join if you don't speak the language. That's why we're organising an evening where everyone speaks English! And of course, Dutch people are just as welcome! Whether you're from Utrecht, recently moved to the Netherlands or have been living here for a while, the idea is to bring people together. Just like at our other events, we'll divide everyone into groups of around eight people of similar ages. You don't need to bring anyone along, because we'll make sure you have a group to join when you arrive. We'll start at 20:15 and stay until 23:00. There's no fixed programme. The idea is simply to grab some drinks, get to know your group and enjoy the evening together. One day before the event, we'll let you know your group number via WhatsApp. When you arrive at Florin, you can find your table by its number and join the others! Drinks can be ordered and paid for individually at the bar, so everyone can just get whatever they like. So whether you're Dutch, international or just looking to meet some new faces in Utrecht, come join us! The only difference from our regular VONC evenings is that we'll all be speaking English.
